Contract Guidelines

Training Representative

  • Starting
  • 80% Contract:
  • 75% Advance
  • During the first six-month period persistence will be reviewed and evaluated.
  • 85% contracts will be at the discretion of the regional managers.

Senior Representative

  • 85% Contract:
  • 75% Advance
  • To maintain a Senior Representative position, agent must:
    • Write $120,000 per year and average $10,000 per month.
    • To qualify for the next level, write 6 consecutive months of $20,000 in personal production.

Manager

  • 90% Contract:
  • 75% Advance
  • Training manager position requires:
    • $180,000 of personal production per year and/or an average of $15,000 per month.
    • Have a minimum of 5 producing agents.
    • Agency production must be $75,000 per month for six consecutive months.

Area Manager

  • 95% Contract:
  • 75% Advance
  • Area manager position requires:
    • $150,000 of personal production per year and/or an average of $83,000 per month.
    • Have a minimum of 10 producing agents.
    • Agency production must be $1,000,000 per year.

District Manager

  • 100% Contract:
  • To maintain district manager position:
    • $125,000 per year of personal production per year and/or an average of $12,500 per month.
    • Have a minimum of 15 producing agents.
    • Agency production must be $1,500,000 per year and/or an average of $125,000 per month.

Regional Manager

  • 105% Contract:
  • Limited personal production.
  • Have a minimum of 20 producing agents.
  • Agency production must be $2,000,000 per year and/or an average of $167,000 per month.

Regional Manager

  • 110% Contract:
  • Product and Manager Training.
  • Have a minimum of 30 producing agents.
  • Agency production must be $2,500,000 per year and/or an average of $208,000 per month.

Senior Manager

  • 115% Contract:
  • Product and Manager Training.
  • Have a minimum of 50 producing agents.
  • Agency production must be $3,000,000 per year and/or an average of $250,000 per month.

All raises and promotions will be at the discretion of the regional manager and Golden Memorial.
